Vietnam attracts many international athletes to travel.

Roger Federer On April 28, many people saw tennis legend Roger Federer and his family traveling in Hoi An (Quang Nam). The Swiss athlete came to Vietnam for the first time and stayed at a luxurious 5-star hotel in Dien Ban, Quang Nam. In Hoi An, Roger Federer took his racket to the tennis court to practice. He met many Vietnamese fans, happily greeted them and took pictures together.

Sir Nick Faldo Legendary British golfer Sir Nick Faldo recently appeared at the Hoiana Open Golf Tournament 2024 charity golf tournament held on April 27. The golfer born in 1957 had a meeting, donated auction items and cash to the charity fundraising program. The proceeds will be sent to disadvantaged and disabled children in Quang Nam. Nick Faldo (1957) was the world's number 1 golfer in the early 90s. He had an admirable playing career, winning more than 40 major titles, 6 times winning Major tournaments.

Brazilian Football Team On April 26, Brazilian football legend Rivaldo, Lucio, Ze' Carlos, Giovanni, Kleberson... and many talented young players arrived in Da Nang city. The whole team appeared in simple clothes and were welcomed by Vietnamese fans. Football legend Rivaldo and his teammates stayed at a 5-star hotel on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Da Nang. The famous player signed autographs and took photos with everyone at the accommodation. On April 28, the former Brazilian players went to Da Nang beach to play football with Vietnamese fans in a friendly, sociable and enthusiastic manner. The Samba football superstars came to the "city of bridges" to attend the Vietnam - Brazil Football Festival, celebrating the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Welcoming world-famous stars once again affirmed the tourism position of Da Nang.
