Regulations on spending levels for local industrial promotion activities

The Provincial People's Council has just issued Resolution No. 11/2025/NQ-HDND dated July 30, 2025 on promulgating regulations on expenditure levels for local industrial promotion activities in the province.

Accordingly, the support expenses for establishing rural industrial production enterprises in areas with difficult socio -economic conditions according to the provisions of law include: Completing business plans; enterprise establishment projects and costs related to enterprise registration. The support level does not exceed 10 million VND/enterprise.

Expenses to support demonstration models to disseminate new technologies and produce new products, including costs for construction, purchase of machinery and equipment; completion of documents on technological processes and production processes, serving technical demonstrations. The support level is 30% of the cost but not exceeding 1 billion VND/model.

For models of rural industrial establishments that are operating effectively, it is necessary to disseminate and propagate, replicate for other organizations and individuals to learn, including costs: Completing documents on technological processes; completing production processes, serving technical demonstrations. The support level does not exceed 100 million VND/model.

Expenses to support the construction of pilot models on applying cleaner production in industry for industrial production establishments; including costs: Replacing raw materials, fuels, materials; renewing machinery, equipment, and technological lines; training to improve management capacity; training to improve workers' skills; product consumption; completing documents on technological processes and production processes for technical demonstration. The support level is 30% of the cost but not exceeding 500 million VND/model.
