Quang Nam handles and resolves complaints and denunciations at over 98% rate

From 2014 to 2024, heads of agencies, units and localities organized 13,321 regular citizen receptions with 28,545 people received. For unscheduled citizen receptions, heads of agencies, units and localities organized 4 meetings with 639 people received.

Agencies, units and localities have organized 86,156 regular citizen receptions with 96,285 people received. Through citizen receptions, administrative agencies have issued 3,531 documents concluding, directing solutions, and assigning tasks to competent agencies to advise on solutions.

From July 1, 2014 to present, agencies, units and localities have received and processed 3,630/3,628 complaints, 402/435 denunciations, 55,178 petitions and reflections.

As a result, 3,958 petitions/3,989 complaints and denunciations under the authority have been processed and resolved, with no more reflections, recommendations, complaints or denunciations, accounting for 98.18%; 39 petitions/39 complaints and denunciations under the authority have been processed and resolved but there are still reflections, recommendations, complaints and denunciations.
