On the afternoon of October 14, Kim Son District Party Committee held an online conference to disseminate and implement Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo and documents of the Central Government, the province and the district.

Attending the main bridge were members of the District Party Executive Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the district level, and Party committees under the District Party Committee. The conference connected online with 25 commune and town bridge points in the entire district.

At the conference, the leaders of Kim Son district focused on disseminating two important contents, which are Plan No. 160 dated October 9, 2024 of the District Party Committee on party congresses at all levels towards the 25th Kim Son District Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and Instruction No. 16 dated October 9, 2024 of the District Party Committee Standing Committee on some contents of implementing Plan No. 160-KH/HU.

These are documents researched and developed by Kim Son District Party Committee to seriously implement Directive No. 35 dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; Plan No. 432-KH/TU dated September 27, 2024 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on Party congresses at all levels towards the 23rd Ninh Binh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and Instruction No. 02 dated September 27, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on some contents of implementing Plan No. 432-KH/TU.

Delegates attending the conference were also informed of the Politburo's documents, including : Conclusion No. 91 dated August 12, 2024 on continuing to implement Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW dated November 4, 2013 of the 11th Party Central Committee "On fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration" ; Conclusion No. 84 dated June 21, 2024 on continuing to implement Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW of the 10th Politburo on "continuing to build and develop literature and arts in the new period" ; Conclusion No. 81 dated June 4, 2024 on continuing to implement Resolution No. 7 of the 11th Central Committee on proactively responding to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection; Regulation No. 178 dated June 27, 2024 on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in law-making work.

The conference also thoroughly grasped the documents of the Secretariat: Directive No. 31 dated March 19, 2024 on continuing to strengthen the Party's leadership over occupational safety and hygiene in the new situation; Directive No. 34 dated May 24, 2024 on strengthening the Party's leadership over social housing development in the new situation; Directive No. 37 dated July 10, 2024 on innovating vocational training for rural workers to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas; Directive No. 38 dated July 30, 2024 on promoting national standards, measurements and quality work to 2030 and the following years; Conclusion No. 86 dated July 10, 2024 on developing Vietnamese traditional medicine and the Vietnam Oriental Medicine Association in the new period.

Speaking at the conference, the leader of Kim Son District Party Committee requested the Party Committees, affiliated Party cells, agencies and units in the District Party Committee to urgently develop plans and effectively implement the documents that have been thoroughly grasped; especially Plan No. 160 of the District Party Committee and Instruction No. 16 of the District Party Committee Standing Committee on Party congresses at all levels towards the 25th Kim Son District Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
