To implement the Project on socialization of investment and exploitation of Chu Lai airport, the Provincial People's Committee requested the Ministry of National Defense to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries, branches and localities to measure and clearly define the area of ​​civil aviation land, military land, and shared military land (shared civil and military land) and establish records and procedures to hand over the area of ​​civil aviation land to Quang Nam province for management.

In the immediate future, hand over the area east of the main road to Chu Lai airport (about 868 hectares) to Quang Nam province to soon deploy documents and procedures related to socialized investment and exploitation of Chu Lai airport according to the direction of the Prime Minister.
