On the afternoon of October 9, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province held a ceremony to honor Le Xuan Manh , a 12th grade student at Ham Rong High School, for his outstanding achievement in winning the final match of the Road to Olympia 2023, which took place on the morning of October 8.

At the ceremony, Le Xuan Manh expressed his thanks to his parents, teachers, friends and leaders of Thanh Hoa province for their care, encouragement and strength to help him overcome difficulties in his studies to achieve success.

Manh said that to achieve the first Olympia championship title for Thanh Hoa province and to have the honor to be present at today's award ceremony, it was truly not an easy journey. It was a long and difficult journey, having to overcome hardships, pressure and anxiety, but Manh was given the best conditions by the school to achieve success.

At the commendation ceremony, Mr. Do Trong Hung, Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged Le Xuan Manh's efforts and hard work in studying and the teaching and guidance from teachers at Ham Rong High School .

Mr. Hung also said that Thanh Hoa is proud to be a land of studiousness, hard work and respect for human morality. Although having to save every drop of water, vegetable, grain of rice, potato, and piece of clothing, generations of Thanh Hoa people still consider education as the most important thing.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province awarded a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, along with a bonus of 200 million VND to Le Xuan Manh; awarded certificates of merit and bonuses to 1 collective and 6 individuals of Ham Rong High School who actively supported student Le Xuan Manh to achieve high academic achievements, winning the laurel wreath of the Road to Olympia 2023.

On this occasion, Thanh Hoa Province's Association for Promotion of Education also awarded 60 million VND to Le Xuan Manh.
