During the 2 days (August 21 and 22), more than 100 delegates, who are officers and employees in charge of the military sector at all levels in the entire Military Region 1, studied and thoroughly grasped the basic contents of the position, functions and tasks of the military agencies; agreed on a number of new and supplementary points in the Law on Military Service, the Law on Social Insurance in 2024 and the regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of National Defense . The training course also spent time discussing and resolving difficulties and problems arising in practice.

In his speech, Major General Hoang Van Nam requested: Delegates should uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly follow the time and study routine; actively research, discuss, grasp new points, key content and shortcomings. Through training, it will contribute to improving the capacity of advising, directing, organizing the implementation of military recruitment and force building, meeting the requirements of military and defense tasks of the Military Region in the new situation.
