Forbes Vietnam's "Top 50 Best Listed Companies" list is one of the most prestigious rankings in the business world. First published in 2012, the list reflects the major fluctuations and trends of the economy. Forbes Vietnam uses strict criteria to evaluate and select companies, including revenue growth, profit, ROE, ROC and EPS growth in the period 2019-2023.

In addition, Forbes also conducts qualitative research to assess the sustainable development of enterprises, based on their position in the industry, source of profit, quality of management and industry prospects. In the first 6 months of 2024, PVTrans's total consolidated revenue reached about VND 5,200 billion, exceeding the plan by 23%; consolidated pre-tax profit is expected to be VND 740 billion, exceeding the plan by 63%; consolidated state budget contribution is about VND 220 billion, exceeding the plan by 30%. PVTrans is operating a fleet of up to 52 ships with a total tonnage of 1.4 million DWT, mostly operating on international shipping routes, affirming its leading position in the oil and gas transportation industry.
