Add 2 sub-points of the Public Administration Service Center
Nam Nha Trang Ward was established from 5 communes and wards: Phuoc Hai, Phuoc Long, Vinh Truong, Vinh Thai, Phuoc Dong (belonging to the old Nha Trang City). Since its operation, the number of transactions in the ward has been quite high, while the number of staff is less than the 5 old communes and wards. Mr. Bui Tien Toan - Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center of Nam Nha Trang Ward said that in July, the ward received nearly 2,250 records for handling administrative procedures. It is expected that the number of records will increase when the Provincial People's Committee deploys the handling of administrative procedures without administrative boundaries. Meanwhile, the center only has 11 people directly receiving and returning results (not including the Director, Deputy Director and 1 employee of the Nha Trang Land Registration Office Branch), 3 people less than the staff of the one-stop department of the 5 old communes and wards; not to mention a number of civil servants who also hold other jobs. In addition, the center is quite far from some locations in the ward, about 8 - 10km. From that reality, to facilitate people to perform administrative procedures, in addition to the Public Administration Service Center, the ward has organized 2 more points for guidance, support, reception, and return of administrative procedure results located at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Phuoc Long Ward and the People's Committee of the old Phuoc Dong Commune.

Accordingly, from August 18, people can submit applications and receive results at the ward's Public Administration Service Center or 2 sub-points. All 3 points are equipped with basic facilities to ensure the performance of tasks. Vietnam Post Khanh Hoa Branch will transfer applications between sub-points and the center twice a day. Sub-points are assigned civil servants of the center, non-professional staff, and union members, youth, and militia to support citizens in filling out declarations, digitizing, and submitting applications online. Depending on the actual implementation, the ward will adjust the personnel arrangement to ensure meeting the needs of organizations and citizens.
Facilitate people to carry out administrative procedures
At the sub-points, it was noted that people were supportive. When going to do household registration correction procedures at the old Phuoc Long Ward People's Committee headquarters, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Hien (Phuoc Loc Residential Group 7) said that the distance from her house to the sub-point was only half that of the center, so it was very convenient. Mr. Dau Van Nguyen (Phuoc Thai Residential Group 2) suggested that the ward widely publicize and introduce the establishment of 2 additional sub-points. At the old Phuoc Dong Commune People's Committee headquarters, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Chuong (Phuoc Ha Residential Group) compared that the distance from his house to the sub-point was nearly 1km, while to the center it was about 10km, significantly shortening the distance. Mr. Tran Tan Duc (Phuoc Loi Residential Group) affirmed that the establishment of additional sub-points was very popular with the people. According to Ms. Mai Thi Hong Le - Head of Phuoc Thanh Residential Group 1, at the meeting of the Ward People's Committee with the heads of residential groups at the end of July, many group heads reported that people had difficulty in completing administrative procedures because they had to travel far and wait for a long time when many citizens came to the center at the same time. The group heads all supported the arrangement of 2 additional sub-points.

At the 2 points of guidance, support, reception, and return of administrative procedure results of Nam Nha Trang ward, staff will guide and support people to complete their documents and submit them online; organize the reception of documents and return of results for all administrative procedures according to regulations, except for administrative procedures in the land sector under the jurisdiction of the Nha Trang Land Registration Office Branch.
According to statistics on August 18 and 19, the center and 2 sub-points received and returned results for 182 applications and guided 595 people, of which 2 sub-points received and returned results for 70 applications and guided 142 people.
Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Chairman of Nam Nha Trang Ward People's Committee said that the establishment of 2 sub-points aims to reduce the number of records at the center, ensure timely, convenient and correct reception and processing of records, meeting the needs of citizens; at the same time, facilitate people's access to public services. The ultimate goal is to improve the quality of administrative reform and efficiency of serving people. The organization of sub-points must comply with the provisions of law, be suitable to actual conditions, ensure facilities, personnel and information security; have strict control, monitoring, statistics and full reporting to avoid overlap and errors; at the same time, have synchronous and unified coordination with specialized departments. Civil servants and public employees working at sub-points must be professionally trained, have a standard service attitude, follow the correct procedures, ensure publicity and transparency, and create the most favorable conditions for beneficiaries with the view of taking people as the center of service.
