At the program, the organizing committee presented 231 "Connecting Hands of Love" gifts for the year of the Dragon - 2024 of the ward (worth 500,000 VND and gifts) to households in the ward.

This is a meaningful social security program that Ward 5 has maintained every Tet holiday for many years, from resources connected and mobilized support from agencies, units, organizations and kind-hearted individuals.

On this occasion, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong presented 25 gifts, each worth VND 500,000 and gifts; Quang Tri Newspaper - Thien Tam Fund, Vingroup presented 42 gifts (worth VND 600,000/gift) to poor, near-poor, and extremely disadvantaged families in Ward 5.
