Madam Ngo Phuong Ly expressed her joy in visiting Korea and having the opportunity to have a friendly exchange with Madam Kim Hae Kyung; sincerely thanked President Lee Jae Myung, Madam Kim Hae Kyung and the Government and people of Korea for the warm, respectful and thoughtful welcome given to the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation. Deeply impressed by the beautiful country of Korea and the friendly and hospitable Korean people, Madam Ngo Phuong Ly hoped that the good relationship between the two countries and the two peoples of Vietnam and Korea would continue to develop, further meeting the needs and aspirations of the people of the two countries.

Sharing the rich history and cultural traditions of both nations, the two ladies emphasized the cultural similarities between Vietnam and Korea as the foundation for the two countries to enhance friendly exchanges and expand cooperation in various fields; agreed on the particularly important role of people-to-people exchanges and cultural cooperation in consolidating the favorable social foundation of Vietnam-Korea relations.
Madam Ngo Phuong Ly congratulated Korea on its achievements in building and developing the cultural industry, contributing to spreading national cultural values to the world. Affirming that Vietnam has all the favorable conditions to develop an advanced, modern cultural industry imbued with national identity, Madam Ngo Phuong Ly expressed her wish that Korea would share its experiences and promote closer cooperation with Vietnam in the field of cultural industry; support the transfer of technology for music , film, and fashion production, and the application of advanced science and technology in the production of creative cultural products and copyright protection.
Madam Ngo Phuong Ly expressed her appreciation and hope that the Korean Government will continue to pay attention and create favorable conditions for the Vietnamese community in Korea, including women, to better integrate into life in Korea and make positive contributions to the friendly relations between the two countries.
Mrs. Kim Hae Kyung expressed her sympathy and appreciation for the efforts of Vietnamese brides in integrating into life and gradually contributing to the development of Korea, and affirmed that Korea will continue to implement effective support policies so that Vietnamese-Korean multicultural families can stabilize their lives, the younger generation can grow up with pride in both cultures and become special bridges of friendship between the two countries. Mrs. Kim Hae Kyung shared that the President and his wife love Vietnamese cuisine , especially banh mi, bun cha, and banh xeo.
Visiting the National Museum of Korea, Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly expressed her impression of the way the National Museum of Korea preserves and presents the cultural and historical depth of the Korean people in a very delicate and emotional way; emphasizing that this is a valuable opportunity to feel more clearly the similarities and profound cultural exchanges between Vietnam and Korea.
Madam Ngo Phuong Ly thanked Madam Kim Hae Kyung for arranging many meaningful activities, creating conditions for the Madam and Vietnamese delegates to experience and understand more deeply about Korean culture. Madam Ngo Phuong Ly expressed her wish to soon welcome the Korean President's wife to visit Vietnam to experience the unique features of Vietnamese culture.
