At the announcement ceremony, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Nguyen Minh Tien announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel work: Appointing Colonel Luc The Hung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Quang District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Mr. Luc The Hung replaced Mr. Ha Viet Hung who resigned from the position of Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Quang district to be transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Speaking at the conference, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Dung hoped that Mr. Luc The Hung and Ha Viet Hung, in their new positions, would continue to strive, practice, promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and always innovate to successfully complete assigned tasks; and bring Bac Quang district to continue to develop.
