Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen presented flowers to congratulate the Party Executive Committee of Vinh My commune, term 2025 - 2030.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Responsibility - Breakthrough - Development", in the term 2025 - 2030, the Party Committee of the commune sets out 05 key tasks and 03 breakthroughs, associated with 15 main targets on economy, culture - society, environment, national defense, security and building the political system; in which, the highlight is the target of the average annual growth rate of total product value in the area reaching 12.12%; annual rice output reaching 200 thousand tons; by 2030, completing Vinh My industrial cluster; average income per capita in 2030 reaching 110 million VND/year and being a commune with no poor households according to multidimensional standards...

Speaking at the congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Party Committee and the people of Vinh My commune in the past term. In order to successfully implement the goals and tasks in the new term, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen suggested that immediately after the congress, the Party Committee of the commune needs to quickly stabilize the organization, build solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee, this is the top priority and has decisive significance. The new Party Committee of the commune must focus on leading, directing, and thoroughly disseminating to cadres, party members and people the correct policy of the Party in the arrangement of administrative units at all levels; thereby creating consensus, unity of will and action within the entire Party Committee, as well as unity in the whole society.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen emphasized: The Party Committee of the commune needs to soon concretize the projects, plans, and key tasks to implement the Congress Resolution, with the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear products - results, clear deadlines, clear roadmap"; in which, it is necessary to focus on socio -economic development associated with improving people's lives; maximizing potentials and advantages to develop the economy in a sustainable direction; promoting comprehensive digital transformation on all three pillars of "digital institutions, digital infrastructure, digital cadres and digital citizens"; at the same time, continuing to build a clean and strong Party and political system; need to mobilize and exploit all resources well to build Vinh My commune to develop comprehensively by the end of the term, contributing positively to the overall development of the province.

Delegates voted unanimously to pass the Congress Resolution.

The Congress approved the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to appoint the first Executive Committee of the Vinh My Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 31 comrades, with a Standing Committee of 11 comrades. Comrade Le Kim Thuy was appointed to hold the position of Party Secretary.

The Congress announced the decision to appoint a delegation to attend the Ca Mau Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, including 06 official delegates and 01 alternate delegate.

At the congress, the Vinh My Commune Party Committee launched a movement to support the Cuban people with the theme “65 years of Vietnam-Cuba friendship”. This is a program launched by the Government and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society from August 13 to October 16, aiming to mobilize resources to support the Cuban people to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics and blockade and embargo policies.
