Pho, vermicelli and hotpot in top 100 dishes with best broth

Pho, Hue beef noodle soup and many other Vietnamese dishes have been ranked by Taste Atlas in the Top 100 dishes with the best broth in Southeast Asia.

The culinary site Taste Atlas has published a list of 100 dishes with the best broth in Southeast Asia, and Vietnamese pho was honored at number 6 with 4.4 stars. This culinary site commented that the rich flavor of the broth, the soft and chewy noodles, the delicious slices of meat, herbs... have brought the dish to a new level.

That is why Vietnamese pho dishes are all ranked high in this ranking. According to data from Taste Atlas, beef pho ranked 8th, rare beef pho ranked 23rd, chicken pho ranked 24th, vegetarian pho ranked 26th and seafood pho ranked 27th. Not only pho dishes, many vermicelli dishes were also named by Taste Atlas, of which Hue beef vermicelli ranked 17th. In addition, crab vermicelli, duck bamboo shoot vermicelli, meatball vermicelli, fish sauce vermicelli, snail vermicelli, and jellyfish vermicelli ranked 29th, 32nd, 50th, 51st, 59th, 62nd and 86th on this ranking respectively.
