On the afternoon of October 9, Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation inspected and surveyed the activities of the Mong Cai City Political Center; the work of preserving and promoting cultural values ​​in Mong Cai City.

Pursuant to Notice No. 1116-TB/TU dated December 27, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the organization and rearrangement of the Propaganda Department - District-level Political Center model, the Mong Cai City Political Center was reorganized into an independent unit, a public service unit directly under the Mong Cai City Party Committee and officially put into operation from January 18, 2024. The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Mong Cai City Party Committee have actively led and directed the work of political theory education, paid attention to allocating funds to ensure the activities of the Political Center; policies and regimes related to students, lecturers and reporters are implemented promptly, in accordance with regulations; teaching quality continues to be ensured and improved. Inspection and supervision work is focused on, ensuring effective and efficient management, training and fostering activities at the Political Center.

Through a survey of the model of Mong Cai City Political Center, Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, suggested that the Center continue to build and perfect its organizational structure; internal regulations and rules to stabilize its operations. In addition, the Center focuses on innovating methods of organization, teaching, and updating knowledge and political theory for students. In particular, focusing on visual education methods using images and documents associated with the characteristics, development achievements, and traditional history of the locality.

In particular, the Political Center strengthens the reading of Party newspapers and maintains this as a regular and serious activity in the study and teaching of students and lecturers to raise political awareness as well as grasp the situation, policies and information of the country and the province.

Surveying at Tra Co Communal House, Tra Co Ward, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that this is a project that converges the unique characteristics of Vietnamese culture, which is very important to the cultural and spiritual life of local people. He suggested that Mong Cai City and Tra Co Ward continue to preserve and promote more effectively the value of the project, as well as the identity of the annual Tra Co Communal House festival for the community activities of local people. At the same time, the city needs to further strengthen propaganda and promotion work to make Tra Co Communal House a highlight to attract tourists in the area.
