Based on the legal regulations on intellectual property and the results of professional appraisal according to conclusion No. 01/2025/KLGD-TTGĐ dated January 7, 2025 of the Center for Appraisal, Information and Transfer of Copyright and Related Rights under the Copyright Office, the MV "Chang the muong mat" ( Can't Close My Eyes) does not copy Jungkook's MV " Standing Next To You" .

"The MV "Can't Close Your Eyes" and Hung Huynh personally do not violate any copyright and related rights to the MV " Standing Next To You" such as the rights to name, title, create derivative works, copy, publish, or protect the integrity of the work according to the current Intellectual Property Law and related regulations", the original statement from the legal consulting unit and authorized representative of Hung Huynh.

At the same time, the Appraisal Center and the Copyright Appraisal Advisory Council in Decision 08/QD-TTGĐ, including representatives from the Vietnam Musicians Association, the Department of Management and International Cooperation on Copyright and Related Rights - Copyright Office and musicians and directors, concluded: "There is no copying between the audio and video recording of " Chang the muon mat" by Hung Huynh and the audio and video recording of " Standing Next To You" by Bighit Music Co., LTD".

In addition, Hung Huynh's side affirmed that they will use the law to resolve any acts of slander or false information that affect the male singer's legitimate rights and interests.

On December 15, 2024, Hung Huynh - the bright face of Anh trai say hi released his first MV "Chang the mung mat". The MV was produced by director Ung Duy Kien, production crew Film55 Production and Hung Huynh, based on the song of the same name composed by musician Trung Tran (Tran Chi Trung), music produced by Kewtiie (Dinh Minh Hieu).
