According to the project, the population of Tien Phuoc district by 2030 will reach about 70 thousand people. Of which, the urban population will be about 8,500 people, and the rural population will be about 61,500 people. The urbanization rate by 2030 will reach about 12%.

According to the project, Tien Phuoc is divided into 4 development zones. Sub-zone 1 includes Tien My, Tien Chau, Tien Canh communes and Tien Ky town; is an urban - commercial, service - tourism development area.

Sub-region 2 includes the communes of Tien Tho, Tien Loc, Tien Lap, Tien An and Tien Phong. This is an industrial and agricultural development area with the orientation of building and developing industrial clusters; developing poultry farming.

Sub-region 3 includes Tien Hiep, Tien Ngoc, and Tien Lanh communes. This is an area for forest economic development; developing large-scale timber plantation areas, high-value timber trees, indigenous trees, multi-purpose trees, non-timber products, medicinal plants, developing livestock farm economics, and growing fruit trees.

Sub-region 4 includes Tien Son and Tien Ha communes. This is a development area for agricultural products with the orientation of organizing agricultural production linking production with preliminary processing, processing and consumption of products; developing multi-functional agriculture, concentrated agricultural production areas, agricultural raw material areas, fruit trees, medicinal plants; developing livestock farm economy.
