Duc Linh District Party Committee said that in order to effectively implement Resolution 09, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has directed Party committees at all levels from the district to the grassroots to thoroughly disseminate the contents of Resolution 09 to cadres and party members. At the same time, promote propaganda to all classes of people. Thereby, the awareness of cadres, party members and people in the district has been raised; identifying the development of industry and handicrafts as the driving force for socio-economic development, thereby supporting, creating conditions and increasing calls for businesses to invest in the locality.

After 2 years of implementation, with the active support of departments and branches in the province; Duc Linh district has implemented socio-economic development, national defense and security tasks with quite comprehensive results, in which the district's industry has developed quite well. Up to now, Duc Linh has planned and formed 6 industrial clusters with a total area of ​​over 278 hectares; attracted 46 establishments and investment projects in production and business in the fields of wood processing, industrial wood, plastic products, garments, leather shoes, electronics, mechanics, agricultural processing, food, construction materials... With a total leased industrial land area of ​​107.12/202.16 hectares of the total industrial land area of ​​the clusters, reaching an occupancy rate of 53%.

Since then, the scale and production value of the industrial sector have grown quite well (reaching 3,909 billion VND in 2022), and increasing to 4,234 billion VND in 2023. The value structure of the processing industry accounts for about 94% compared to the mining industry. Investment in infrastructure of industrial clusters, investors have focused, up to now, industrial clusters invested by enterprises have basically completed the investment in technical infrastructure and are attracting many capable investors to invest in the district. The district has included in the planning for the next period the Tan Ha industrial cluster of 70 hectares, the Tan Ha 2 industrial cluster of 16 hectares.

In order for Resolution 09 to continue to come into effect, Duc Linh District Party Committee has proposed solutions to develop industry in association with the district's strengths. The focus is on strengthening the leadership and direction of Party committees at all levels and the role of state management in the task of developing industry in the locality. Strengthening propaganda to innovate awareness of industrial and handicraft development of sectors and levels, especially the team doing state management work in the field of industry and handicraft. Well implementing policies to encourage the development of industry, handicrafts and craft villages of the Central and the province; paying attention to the issue of reforming administrative procedures to create favorable conditions to attract investment in industrial development. Continuing to support investors in investing in infrastructure of industrial clusters in Dong Ha commune; coordinating to remove obstacles and difficulties, creating conditions for secondary investors to soon deploy projects into operation.

At the same time, encourage industrial and handicraft production establishments to innovate equipment, apply scientific and technological advances in production to improve productivity, product quality, reduce production costs, improve efficiency and competitiveness in the market. Exploit and develop the market; actively support the development of traditional industry products. Focus on urging industrial production establishments in the area to promote stable and developing production and business activities; strive to achieve the main products set out annually. At the same time, well implement the planning and planning for industrial development orientation and call for attracting capable investors to invest in developing new planned industrial clusters.
