On November 29, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to administratively fine Friendly Green Environment Joint Stock Company VND 198.1 million for 3 violations in labor use.

This is the investment and operation unit of Bao Loc City Waste Treatment Plant (Dai Lao Commune, Bao Loc City) with Mr. Dao Tien Luong as director and legal representative.

According to the penalty decision, Friendly Green Environment Joint Stock Company committed the following acts: not paying or not paying enough salary to 70 employees from December 2023 to the end of August 2024 with a total amount of nearly 1.9 billion VND (excluding interest);

Late payment of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance for 12 employees with the amount of nearly 86 million VND; evasion of payment (not completing participation procedures) of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance for 69 employees with the amount of more than 367 million VND (excluding interest).

In summary, Friendly Green Environment Joint Stock Company was fined 198.1 million VND.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee applied remedial measures to this enterprise, including paying the outstanding salary of nearly 1.9 billion VND plus interest calculated at the highest non-term deposit interest rate for 70 employees as agreed in the labor contract.

Forced to pay the full amount of evaded social insurance and unemployment insurance of 367 million VND; pay the full amount of late social insurance and unemployment insurance of nearly 86 million VND; pay the interest of nearly 24 million VND to the collection account of Bao Loc City Social Insurance.
