(CT) - Can Tho City Police have just launched a peak period to support the construction of houses for members of the City's Former People's Police Association with especially difficult circumstances.

Implementing the policy of the Ministry of Public Security on supporting the cost of demolishing temporary and dilapidated houses for members of the Vietnam People's Veterans Association, the City Police surveyed and proposed the cost of supporting the construction of new houses for 4 members.

In order to promote the role of shock, volunteer, and pioneer, with the motto "wherever needed, there are youth, wherever difficult, there are youth" of cadres, soldiers, union members, and youth of the force, the City Police organized a peak deployment, mobilizing 70 union members and youth from affiliated professional units, directly participating in tasks such as dismantling old houses, raising foundations, transporting materials, helping to quickly complete the houses, promptly handing over so that members can soon stabilize their lives...
