"Create favorable conditions to promote propaganda and mobilize members, farmers and people to raise their sense of responsibility, self-awareness in collecting, classifying and treating waste and composting bio-fertilizers at households and residential areas to reduce the amount of waste and transportation and treatment costs.

However, due to the increasing amount of waste and wastewater in rural households, although waste collection and transfer points in rural areas have been built, the situation of waste remaining at transfer points and households is quite long.
