Our people are very strong, the saying "as long as there are people, there is property", "as long as there is breath, there is recovery", "property goes to replace people" is very clear at this time. Our people everywhere from Lao Cai, Yen Bai, or Hai Duong..., just 2-3 days after the flood passed, people planted crops again.

One of the issues that most people are concerned about right now is how to get capital to quickly restore production. The State Bank has intervened very quickly in this regard, directing commercial banks to help people overcome difficulties and rebuild production and life.
