Mobile working groups of Bang Thanh commune "went to every alley, knocked on every door" to implement Project 06.

Implementing Plan No. 05/KH-UBND of Thai Nguyen province and the direction of the provincial police, Bang Thanh commune has established 8 mobile working groups, mobilizing more than 462 members from the police, People's Committee officials, teachers, village chiefs, youth union, women's union, community digital technology group to grassroots security and order protection forces and volunteer students. With the motto of "going to every alley, knocking on every door, checking every person", the groups have penetrated 38 villages, where many households are up to 30km from the commune center.

Ms. Ha Thi Hue , Vice Chairman of Bang Thanh Commune People's Committee, shared: To ensure that people clearly see the benefits of digital services in their daily lives, from the beginning, the commune government thoroughly understood that everything must be done properly; from supporting ID card making and identification to guiding people to use online public services.

From July 21 to August 2, Bang Thanh commune received 10,033 ID records for people over 14 years old, reaching 99.49% of the target; received 1,449 electronic identification records, bringing the total number of VNeID level 2 accounts to 6,549 citizens aged 14 and over, reaching 64.94% of the target. More than 3,200 electronic health books were activated, nearly 3,000 citizens have integrated health insurance cards and digital signatures.

Cooperatives and enterprises are also guided to identify their organizations, of which 24/41 establishments have completed their dossiers. These figures are the result of many efforts, because Bang Thanh currently has 13 villages without electricity, 12 villages located in low-frequency areas; most of the residents are ethnic minorities, rarely use smartphones, so data collection is difficult, and progress is slower than in other areas.

To bring the convenience of digital services to the people, the commune's working groups have deployed many flexible solutions to go down to the villages, sit with the people to guide and support each procedure.

Notably, Bang Thanh Commune Police also mobilized socialization, mobilizing tables, chairs, and fans to serve at the document collection point; the whole commune joined hands to donate more than 3 million VND to buy bread and milk to support people with lunch; at the same time, called for support of 21 more cartons of milk, 400 cakes, 10 bottles of filtered water and arranged vehicles to pick up and drop off the elderly in remote villages.

Captain Hoang Xuan Hao, Deputy Chief of Bang Thanh Commune Police, who initiated the socialization to support people to make level 2 identification accounts, said: Realizing that some people, especially the elderly and women carrying small children, had to leave early in the morning because they had to travel dozens of kilometers, and had not had time to eat lunch to complete the procedures. Therefore, I mobilized officers and soldiers to contribute food and continued to call on departments, branches, and organizations to support people to make it easier during the peak period of implementing Project 06.
