The procedures implemented include: birth, death, and marriage registration; issuance of copies of household registration extracts; certification of copies; confirmation of admission documents; recognition of poor and near-poor households; issuance and exchange of disability certificates; confirmation of residence; instructions for submitting applications online; support for installing the VNeID application, opening a bank account, etc. The program will incorporate propaganda on administrative reform and the two-level government model.

On the morning of August 16, 2025, Soc Trang Ward, Can Tho City implemented the model "Saturday for the people" to create favorable conditions for people to access and carry out administrative procedures.

Ms. Luu Thi Anh Loan (living in Soc Trang ward) shared: “My child is going from grade 5 to grade 6, so I need to confirm my residence information to prepare for school enrollment. During the summer, my husband and I were busy working and did not have time to go to the ward center. On August 16, when the ward deployed the model at the People's Committee of Ward 5, I went to work and it was very convenient because it was Saturday, not busy with work.”

Mr. Huynh Hoai Nam, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee, Director of the Public Administration Service Center of Soc Trang Ward, said: The construction of the above model aims to create favorable conditions for people to access administrative procedures, reduce travel time for people in the suburbs, far from the central area. At the same time, it enhances the effectiveness of administrative reform and serves people on the spot, especially during the peak time of the school year.

Over the past two weeks, many people living in remote areas of My Huong commune have been extremely excited to be able to complete admission paperwork for their children during the school year without having to travel dozens of kilometers. Based on local realities, the People's Committee of My Huong commune has implemented the model of "Mobile public administration associated with the 2025 school year". 15 civil servants and public employees of the My Huong Commune Public Administration Service Center were mobilized to go to the hamlets to handle administrative procedures for people on weekends.

Mr. Ky Minh Thi, Chairman of the People's Committee of My Huong Commune, said: "This model aims to meet the increased demand for administrative procedures at the beginning of the new school year, such as: issuing birth certificates, confirming household registration, certifying student records, documents related to social protection, school health care ... This method also helps to increase the effectiveness of administrative reform and serve people on-site, especially during the peak time of the school year".

The above model was deployed on Saturday and Sunday, August 9, 10, 16 and 17, the selected locations were at primary and secondary schools located in hamlets with a large Khmer population. During the above 4 days, when the model was organized at Phu My C Primary School (Soc Xoai Hamlet), Phu My B Primary School (Bung Coc Hamlet), Tran Thanh household's coffee shop (Phu Tuc Hamlet), Thuan Hung Secondary School (Ta An A1 Hamlet), many people were very happy and praised the commune's way of doing things.

Meanwhile, in Phu Loi ward, since its establishment, a model of catching queue numbers at home has been implemented, so people do not have to wait when coming to transact at the Public Administration Service Center. Mr. Tran Van Nhanh, Chairman of Phu Loi Ward People's Committee informed: "People only need to scan the QR-Code at home via the social network Zalo to be able to catch the queue number to transact at the public administration center of the ward. After scanning the code, people can easily know the number of people participating in registering for the field they need to transact, thereby proactively taking the time to go to the public administration center, not having to wait here and being able to look up the settlement results".

Ms. Le Xuan Hoa, Director of the Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center, said that the city is currently implementing 2,242 administrative procedures. Many communes and wards have equipped utilities to support organizations, individuals and businesses to handle administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Centers. For example, Lieu Tu commune has arranged 2 massage machines and cakes to serve people and businesses when they come to perform administrative procedures. Co Do commune serves cakes, instant noodles, etc. to people while waiting for their turn to handle administrative procedures.
