The general temperature in the area is lowest from 22-25 degrees Celsius; highest from 28-31 degrees Celsius, with some places in the East above 32 degrees Celsius.
In Ho Chi Minh City, the weather during the day is cloudy, light sunshine, with the possibility of scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places in the afternoon and evening; temperatures range from 23 - 32 degrees Celsius (up from the previous day).

Accordingly, the UV index (ultraviolet rays) in districts and counties is at high risk of causing harm (level 6). When going outdoors, people should use sunscreen, wear masks, sunglasses and wide-brimmed hats to protect their skin.
According to the forecasting agency, the possibility of rain will increase from the night of December 2 to December 8. Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.
Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Today, the weather in the sea area from Binh Dinh to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang, the Gulf of Thailand, the Central and Southern East Sea area (including the sea area of Truong Sa archipelago) will have showers and thunderstorms.
During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 7-8. All vessels operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by tornadoes, strong winds and large waves.
