In the US, musician Vu Thanh An wrote his wish to hand over the copyright of his musical treasure for charity purposes. In Vietnam, Ngoc Cham established the Vietnam-US International Copyright Protection Joint Stock Company to carry out this mission.

The letter from musician Vu Thanh An clearly stated: "In the coming time, Vu Thanh An will transfer all ownership rights (unlimited in space and time, including on the global internet environment)... of the works owned by Vu Thanh An to the Vietnam - USA International Copyright Protection Joint Stock Company, represented by singer Ngoc Cham."

In the event that the works are not under contract with another third party, ownership is transferred immediately upon signing this document.

In the event that the works are currently under contract with another third party, ownership will be transferred immediately upon termination of the contract between Vu Thanh An and that third party.

The annual revenue is distributed as follows: 2/3 of the revenue from musician Vu Thanh An's music is used to operate the Vietnam-America International Copyright Protection Joint Stock Company and to support artists in difficult circumstances, build a fund to support creative talents, support the unfortunate... 1/3 of the revenue from musician Vu Thanh An's music is used as Lunar New Year gifts for musician Vu Thanh An's relatives. This revenue will be managed by lawyer Vu Duc Hoan, representative of Vu Thanh An's relatives;

Singer Ngoc Cham accepts to fulfill musician Vu Thanh An's wish on a voluntary and non-profit basis.
