A Blockchain project on "certificate management" received a prize of 1 billion VND

On the afternoon of August 23, the Government Cipher Committee, the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Assets Association (VBA), and 1Matrix Company organized the final round of the Vietnam Blockchain Talent Search Competition (VietChain Talents 2025). This is the largest competition ever in the blockchain field, attracting more than 1,000 young programmers nationwide to participate.

The 16 projects entering the final round were evaluated and voted by a jury of 24 members, from leading units in the fields of Cryptography, Cryptography, Technology, and Finance at home and abroad such as the Government Cryptography Committee, Ministry of Science and Technology , Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Academy of Cryptography Engineering, Institute of Cryptography Science and Technology, etc.

Mr. Phan Duc Trung, Chairman of VBA, said that the 16 entries entering the VietChain Talents 2025 Final Round do not stop at academics, but also show the ability to be widely applied in finance, banking, healthcare, education ...

"Some solutions have received attention from businesses, opening up prospects for development into real products. This is proof that the young generation of Vietnam is not only quick to approach new technology, but also knows how to turn technology into useful values ​​for society," said Mr. Trung.

Lieutenant General Dang Vu Son, Former Head of the Government Cipher Committee, emphasized that the competition is the beginning of the journey to turn startup ideas into reality, building a Vietnamese blockchain community with talented cores, making Vietnam a bright spot on the world blockchain technology map.

Colonel, Dr. Hoang Van Thuc, Director of the Cryptography Engineering Academy (Government Cipher Committee) assessed that the projects have shown diversity, not only focusing on the financial sector, but also boldly expanding into core areas with sustainable social values ​​such as healthcare, education, and many community services.

"This diversity has proven that blockchain is not only limited to trading floors or financial products, but can completely become a technological infrastructure that helps change people's lives for the better," said Colonel Hoang Tien Thuc.

The competition has officially found 4 champions of 4 topics. Topic 1 is Blockchain Layer-1, worth 1 billion VND, belongs to KMASC team with the project National Certificate Management Platform - a blockchain infrastructure project with high scalability and multi-field integration capabilities.

Topic 2 on Centralized Exchange (CEX) and Decentralized Exchange (DEX), the prize worth 500 million VND, belongs to FidaTech team with the project VEXTOR - Centralized digital asset exchange solution, which highlighted the innovative exchange model, focusing on transparent liquidity and user security.

Topic 3 Blockchain Tracing, prize worth 500 million VND, belongs to Web3 TraceHub team with Web3 TraceHub project, with blockchain application solution in traceability, aiming at supply chain transparency.

Topic 4 Blockchain Bridge, prize worth 500 million VND, belongs to AnyAxis Labs x Decentrio Labs team with ZK-Portal project, demonstrating the ability to connect multiple chains, ensuring safety and efficiency of cross-chain transactions.
