"GREENING" POSITIVE INFORMATION, PUSHING BACK NEGATIVE INFORMATION

Over the past 5 years, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has paid attention to directing and implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW comprehensively, regularly, and closely following the specific situation.

Thereby contributing to raising awareness and vigilance of Party committees, authorities at all levels, cadres, Party members and people against the plots and tricks of sabotage activities of hostile, reactionary and political opportunist forces.

At the same time, promptly and proactively provide official information on complicated and sensitive cases that generate public concern; "green" positive information, push back negative information, fight against distorted, provocative and destructive arguments on the internet and social networks; build an increasingly solid position of people's hearts, people's security and national defense, creating a favorable environment for socio-economic development.

The Steering Committee 35 system from the provincial to district and sectoral levels has been increasingly operating effectively, coordinating smoothly, becoming the main force, the pillar, quickly handling arising situations; avoiding being taken advantage of by bad guys to sabotage, promptly monitoring and strictly handling opposing subjects, spreading distorted and fabricated information in the area, contributing to stabilizing social order and safety.

In two consecutive years 2022 and 2023, Nghe An province was honored to win the prize of 1/15 best collectives nationwide in the political contest to protect the Party's ideological foundation. In 2023 alone, the whole province had more than 4,600 entries and 4 individuals won prizes, including 2 B prizes, 1 C prize and 1 Encouragement prize. Thereby, contributing to building scientific arguments, drawing practical experiences, propagating and replicating good and effective models to equip Party committees at all levels and cadres and Party members in the whole province with basic knowledge about the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

The conference listened to presentations from Steering Committee 35 at all levels and sectors in the province, exchanging results, lessons learned, and proposing solutions to continue to better protect the Party's ideological foundation and fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints in the new situation.

HAVE A FURTHER, MORE EFFECTIVE ACTION PLAN

Concluding the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the content of the presentations, and emphasized the outstanding results in 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the Politburo; as well as pointing out the shortcomings and limitations.

Emphasizing that protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints in the new situation is a very important task, a very complicated struggle on the ideological and political front, to protect the regime and the country from afar and early on, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee analyzed and clarified the requirements in implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the Politburo in recent times.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested that we continue to proactively develop scenarios, propaganda documents, scientific and historical arguments, and official information to effectively and promptly fight against refuting.

Comrade Nguyen Van Thong also emphasized the need to continue to strengthen coordination, exchange and information provision between departments, branches, localities and members, Steering Committee 35..., the viewpoint is to ensure harmony in assessing and assessing the situation and especially handling information.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee requested that Party committees and organizations at all levels further strengthen the work of managing Party members in terms of ideology and politics; closely link regular propaganda work with the fight against and refuting wrong, hostile viewpoints and distorted arguments; as well as closely link with mass mobilization work.

Continue to strengthen and promote scientific research, organize training courses to equip skills and expertise for force 35 in the province, especially in the use of social networks; at the same time, regularly inspect, supervise, urge and guide the Steering Committee 35 of agencies and units to operate more and more effectively.
