This is the content of the Resolution regulating the collection of fees and charges when performing administrative procedures through online public services in Nghe An province of the People's Council of Nghe An province.

Accordingly, the fee and charge collection level when performing administrative procedures through online public services (submitting documents in the electronic environment) in Nghe An province is equal to 60% of the fee and charge collection level in 9 groups of fields specified in 10 resolutions issued by the Provincial People's Council currently being implemented. The groups that are reduced for online public administrative procedures include:
Fees for appraisal of projects, reports on exploration, assessment of reserves, exploitation and use of underground water; fees for appraisal of dossiers and conditions for practicing underground water drilling; fees for appraisal of projects on exploitation and use of surface water and seawater.
Fee for providing information on secured transactions using land use rights and assets attached to land; fee for registering secured transactions in the province.
Fee for appraisal of application for Certificate of land use rights; fee for exploitation and use of land documents; fee for granting Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights, and assets attached to land in the province.
Fees for granting work permits to foreign workers working in Nghe An.
Fees for selection and recognition of mother trees, parent tree gardens, and seed forests in Nghe An province.
Construction permit fees in Nghe An province.
Fees for appraisal of environmental impact assessment reports; fees for appraisal of issuance, re-issuance, and adjustment of environmental licenses; fees for appraisal of environmental improvement and restoration plans in the province.
Business registration fee in Nghe An province.
Civil status fees in Nghe An province.

During the implementation process, if the fee and charge collection levels in the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council belonging to the above 9 administrative procedures are amended, supplemented or replaced, the fee and charge collection levels for performing administrative procedures through online public services (submitting documents in the electronic environment) in Nghe An province are equal to 60% of the fee and charge collection levels according to the regulations in the newly amended, supplemented or replaced resolutions.
