A representative of Dat Viet Tour Company said that this year the booth witnessed a sharp increase in tourism demand. Many people want to take advantage of the opportunity to buy discounted tours and enjoy promotions that are only applicable during this Festival. Information that airfares may increase is also a motivation for many tourists to book tours early.

According to VOV.VN reporters, most visitors are looking for information about foreign tours, many of whom book tours right at the Festival to take advantage of promotions, especially long-distance tours that are priced lower than usual.

Ms. Tran Phuong Linh, Marketing - Information Technology Director of a tourism company, said that this year's revenue from the festival was nearly 4 times higher than the total revenue from the 4-day fair last year. "Overseas tours that customers are interested in include tours to Northern Europe, Eastern Europe, Korea, cheap tours to Japan, tours to Singapore and Thailand. What is special this year is that customers register to buy high-priced tours in large groups (family groups), many groups of 5 - 8 people, the highest group is 12 people".

After 4 days at the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2024 with many outstanding events and entertainment activities, a tourism business's booth welcomed more than 12,000 visitors, including more than 6,600 bookings for preferential tours at the Festival. Many airline ticket agents and charter flight organizers came to learn about flight products and services.

The highlight of this booth is the Thailand charter tour with a price of less than 5 million VND, only available at the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2024, so it has attracted great attention. Recently, these tourism businesses have successfully coordinated to organize a series of charter flights connecting Ho Chi Minh City/Da Nang (Vietnam) with Fukushima/Kagawa destinations (Japan), increasing the choices for tourists between the two countries.

During the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2024, another tourism business's booth attracted more than 8,000 visitors, mainly thanks to the "Lucky Wheel - Spin to Win" activity with many valuable tourism prizes at the price of "0 VND" that attracted a large number of visitors.

Mr. Bui Thanh Tu - Marketing Director of this tourism company said that the company has recorded a breakthrough in sales revenue of more than 3.4 billion VND, far exceeding initial expectations. In particular, foreign tours with many incentives have attracted great attention from tourists, such as tours such as Hanoi - Japan 6N5D, Ho Chi Minh City - Thailand 5N4D... making choosing a tour for customers more interesting and economical.
