The Ring Road 4 - Capital Region project started construction in June 2023. This route has a total length of 112.8 km, passing through 3 provinces and cities: Hanoi (57.95 km), Hung Yen (19.31 km), Bac Ninh (36.26 km). The project has a total investment of over VND 85,813 billion, divided into 7 component projects. Of which, the Ring Road 4 expressway is invested under PPP with an investment of VND 56,500 billion.
