* Culture ministers of China, Japan and South Korea meet after 4 years : The culture ministers of South Korea, Japan and China will hold a meeting this weekend to discuss ways to expand cultural exchanges and cooperation among the Asian neighbors, the South Korean government said on September 5.

This will be the first face-to-face exchange between these officials in four years, when online conferences replaced in-person meetings due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
