At the seminar, young officers expressed difficulties and obstacles in scientific research activities. From there, they hoped to be empowered and inspired to improve the quality of their personal research projects in particular and contribute to improving the quality of science in general among the youth of the Academy.
Attending and directing the discussion were comrades: Colonel Nguyen Van Nam, Deputy Commissar of the Academy; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Huu Dung, Deputy Head of the Military Youth Department, functional agencies and 266 young officers and cadres studying and working at units of the Military Medical Academy.
At the seminar, the presentations focused on the advantages and disadvantages affecting the young cadres and officers; the thoughts, feelings and aspirations of young cadres and officers during their work; the leadership and command work at all levels of the Academy; the results of the task completion of the young cadres and officers and the task of preventing and combating "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" in ideology and lifestyle in cyberspace.
Speaking at the seminar, Colonel Nguyen Van Nam highly appreciated the presentations of young officers and commented that the young officers and cadres boldly assessed the characteristics; raised the advantages and difficulties, especially pointed out the advantages, limitations, shortcomings, causes, and responsibilities of the young cadres and officers in the recent past, as well as the shortcomings in caring for, nurturing, building, and nurturing the current young officers. Especially the resolution of the relationship between dedication and enjoyment; the responsibilities and obligations of the current young cadres and officers towards the Party, the State, the Army, and the Academy.
In order to build a team of young officers and cadres of the Military Medical Academy in the coming time, in response to the requirements and tasks of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation; the multifaceted impact of social life and the current situation of young officers, Colonel Nguyen Van Nam requested that young officers need to clearly identify their responsibilities, have a correct understanding of the situation, tasks, and difficulties of the country, the Army, the Academy and the unit they are working for; actively study and research to improve political awareness and all-round qualifications; practice working methods and styles; strive for each young officer and cadre of the Academy to truly be a shining example.
“In particular, young officers need to be attached to their units, truly consider their units as their home, their comrades and teammates as their relatives; build solidarity, attachment, mutual support and assistance in work and in life; harmoniously and properly resolve relationships between superiors and subordinates, relationships between comrades and teammates, relationships with the people and the family rear,” the Deputy Commissar of the Military Medical Academy emphasized.
Sharing his opinion at the seminar, Lieutenant Tran Minh Anh, working at the Department of Neurology, Military Hospital 103 (Military Medical Academy) said that this is a forum for young officers and officers to express their thoughts and aspirations to leaders at all levels, in order to improve the effectiveness of performing professional tasks, and is also a place to share good and valuable experiences so that each young officer can improve himself in his professional work, as well as in the working environment.
