The deeply flooded roads in Thu Duc City include National Highway 13, Hiep Binh, Nguyen Duy Trinh, Quoc Huong, Do Xuan Hop; Go Vap District has Nguyen Van Khoi, Pham Van Chieu, Le Duc Tho, Le Van Tho; District 12 has Phan Huy Ich, Phan Van Hon, Nguyen Van Qua, and National Highway 22 parallel roads; Tan Phu District has Cau Xeo and Tan Ky Tan Quy roads. Water flooded into people's houses, affecting their daily lives.
