On the evening of June 14, speaking with Thanh Nien , Mr. Dao Van Duyen, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Vinh Commune (An Thi District, Hung Yen Province), said that a local resident had just been struck to death by lightning.

According to the leader of Quang Vinh Commune People's Committee, at around 5:30 p.m. on June 13, while working in the fields of Ao Voi (Ngoc Chau village, Quang Vinh commune), encountering heavy rain and strong winds, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kh. (64 years old), a local citizen, was struck by lightning.

As a result, Ms. Kh. died. The incident was immediately discovered by local people and reported to the local authorities.

After completing the necessary legal procedures, the victim's body was handed over to the family for burial according to custom.
