To attract tourists and increase the competitiveness of the destination during the peak summer season of 2025, Mong Cai City continues to implement key solutions, including developing new, unique and special tourism products, creating impressive experiences for tourists when coming to Mong Cai such as: Expanding Tra Co beach to Con Mang (Tra Co); Ben Hen beach (Vinh Trung); Dau Dong beach (Vinh Thuc); Da Den beach (Binh Ngoc); health care and entertainment services at Vinhomes Golden Avenue Mong Cai Urban Area; renewing and improving the quality of tourism products and services at Tran Phu walking street associated with market development; restoring day border tours and self-driving tourist vehicles; building and putting into operation the Bac Luan border river tourism route...

Improve the effectiveness of state management, create an open, civilized, safe and healthy tourism environment: Maintain regular and effective operation of tourism hotlines; promptly receive feedback, propose relevant units to resolve and respond to information for people and tourists; review business activities of accommodation establishments, food and beverage services, shopping in the area to guide the preparation of all necessary conditions, facilities, human resources... to serve domestic and international tourists; strictly comply with regulations and standards on product quality, registration, price listing, ensure fire prevention and fighting, food hygiene and safety.

The city has stepped up guidance, appraisal and licensing of tourism standards; publicly announced the list of reputable tourism businesses and violators; and resolutely not allowed businesses that do not meet business conditions to affect the brand and image of Mong Cai tourism in particular and Quang Ninh in general.

Mong Cai continues to promote and advertise tourism; organize events and activities to stimulate and attract tourists such as: Programs and events on the occasion of April 30 - May 1, 2025; Border Sim Flower Festival; organize unique cultural, artistic and sports activities at Tra Co Long Beach, Sa Vi, Vinhomes Golden Avenue Mong Cai Urban Area, Vinh Trung, Vinh Thuc and the city center. With key solutions, in the first 3 months of 2025, Mong Cai City welcomed 669,045 tourists, an increase of 8% over the same period. Revenue from tourism services reached over 1,500 billion VND.
