Invitation to sponsor the results of research on ideas for Lao Cai Provincial Planning and the General Planning along the Red River

Accordingly, each unit, organization and individual will have to participate in two research results, including Lao Cai province planning and general planning along the Red River.

The planning product includes an explanatory report and drawings, ensuring that it must closely follow the content of the third main solution of the draft Political Report of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Executive Committee: Organizing the socio-economic development planning of the new province to focus on development: One dynamic axis (along the Red River), Two development poles (North pole, South pole); Three economic regions (Eastern region, Western region, Central region); Four development pillars (industry; commodity agriculture ; tourism and services; border gate economy).

There are two forms of sponsorship and conditions and principles of participation:

Funding by research results of planning ideas (after funding, the product belongs to Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee);

Voluntary, for the common benefit of the community and society, non-profit, non-binding to investment interests.

The proposal includes a funding proposal; capacity introduction (including information on legal entities, operational experience, key personnel, equipment, support tools); proposal of ideas including: Proposing the overall spatial structure of Lao Cai province, according to the development and integration model; orientation for spatial development of the entire new urban area or adjusting the expansion scale; Identifying the main functional areas (administrative - political, economic, educational - training, medical, cultural, etc.); Zoning for central urban development, satellite urban areas, urban - rural transition areas; identifying new development spatial areas, inter-regional dynamic centers; Organizing a strategic technical - traffic infrastructure linkage system; Preserving and promoting the ecological and cultural values typical of each region; - Building a vision for sustainable and feasible development in the long term.
