The award is a recognition of Manulife Vietnam’s continuous efforts in creating an inclusive, multi-generational working environment, where each individual is given the opportunity to develop their potential and contribute to the overall development of the company. This is also the 7th consecutive time the company has appeared in the HR Asia rankings.
HR Asia representative commented: “We appreciate the way Manulife Vietnam has maintained consistency in its human resources strategy over the years. The company not only focuses on building welfare policies but also creates an open, collaborative and innovative working environment. Initiatives to connect multiple generations, promote internal creativity and nurture young talent have helped Manulife continue to be one of the leading working environments in the region.”
The theme of this year's award - "Multi-Generation Synergy" - is also the consistent spirit in Manulife Vietnam's human resource development strategy.
In the context of an increasingly diverse labor market with the large participation of young workers, connecting and maximizing the strengths of generations has become a key factor, helping the company maintain its competitive advantage and sustainable growth.

Being honored at the HR Asia Awards for many consecutive years shows the consistency in Manulife Vietnam's vision and human resource development strategy. Mr. Ton That Anh Vu, Deputy General Director of Human Resources of Manulife Vietnam, shared: “We always value working culture and collective connection. Creating an inclusive environment for generations to develop together is the key to maximizing the potential of each individual and building a cohesive team. When each employee, whether the older generation or the younger generation, creates and promotes their strengths, that is when strong changes are created.”
At Manulife Vietnam, generational integration is one of the key focuses in human resource strategy. The company creates conditions for experienced generations to continue to contribute, guide and impart knowledge to the next generation; at the same time, it opens up opportunities for the younger generation to be nurtured, learn and develop.
Demonstrating this spirit, the annual Manulife Future Leaders program has attracted more than 3,000 young candidates each year. This is not only an opportunity for young talents to work in a professional environment but also to be oriented, trained and developed.
Recently, Manulife launched the Vietnam EBF Hackathon 2025 competition, encouraging generations of employees to contribute initiatives, helping the company improve operational efficiency, increase value for customers and strengthen the working culture of Easier - Better - Faster. The company also launched M-Club, a sports and entertainment club model such as badminton, pickleball, flower arrangement... after work hours, helping generations to interact and connect through the above activities.

In addition, many other welfare programs are also maintained by Manulife throughout. Programs such as “Familiy Fun Day” connecting families, “Pursuit Learning Week” - a week of learning to improve knowledge, “Fuel-up Friday” - Friday to recharge every month... all contribute to helping individuals develop themselves and increase the connection between generations.
Through a consistent human resource strategy with a series of practical programs, Manulife Vietnam has successfully built a professional working environment, promoting integration and promoting the strengths of all generations of employees. In the long term, Manulife aims to continue developing a multi-generational human resource model, focusing on people and considering it the foundation for innovation and sustainable development.
