Regardless of the weather, sunny or rainy, night or day, whenever a situation occurs in the area, comrade Tuong Huu Nhiem is quickly present to grasp the situation, coordinate with other forces to resolve the incident according to the assigned duties and tasks.

In particular, during the military recruitment season, Mr. Nhiem and his colleagues always closely coordinate with the authorities, regularly stay close to the base, visit each house, and check each subject to grasp the thoughts, feelings, and family circumstances of young people of military service age. Thereby, advising and proposing to superiors creative and effective solutions to successfully complete the military recruitment work. For young people who are still hesitant, Mr. Nhiem always persistently propagates and mobilizes, making young people clearly understand their rights and obligations to protect the sacred Fatherland, thereby voluntarily complying. Thanks to that, every year, the number of young people of military service age in the locality always strictly follow the call for medical examination, and when selected, they are all eager to join the army.

In performing regular tasks, Comrade Tuong Huu Nhiem always closely followed the local reality, together with the Commune Military Command, strictly maintained the training regime and discipline, and was ready for combat. Before entering training, he always proactively prepared full lesson plans, lectures, training grounds, training grounds, and teaching model tools. During the training process, he regularly studied documents, summarized experiences, and selected optimal methods, ensuring that officers and soldiers could easily listen, understand, and absorb, practically improving the quality of training.

In particular, he is always passionate about research with many initiatives and technical improvements to serve the assigned political tasks. For two consecutive years (2024, 2025), Mr. Nhiem won the B prize at the competition of initiatives and technical improvements of models and training tools organized by Ung Hoa district.

Commenting on Comrade Tuong Huu Nhiem, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Soai, Commander of the Ung Hoa District Military Command, emphasized: In his assigned position and responsibilities, Comrade Nhiem always upholds the spirit of responsibility, is proactive, creative, and strives to complete all assigned tasks well. For new and difficult tasks, he is always open-minded, proposing many good, creative, and most effective ways of doing things. He is a typical factor and nucleus in emulation movements, highly appreciated by leaders and commanders at all levels.

With outstanding achievements in work, over the years, comrade Tuong Huu Nhiem has been commended by the District People's Committee; for many consecutive years, he has been awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level by the Hanoi Capital Command.
