In order for the competition to achieve good results, meeting the set goals and requirements, from July 3, the brigade organized a concentrated review and training session on content and methods for the participating officers on the content of practicing commanding a team.

It is known that in this competition, the brigade organized 4 competitions including: General awareness competition; essay writing; technical presentation of documents and practice of team command. In the content of the practice competition of team command, within 10 minutes, the candidates must perform the movement of commanding the team without guns. In addition, in this part of the competition, the candidates must also answer additional questions from the judges within a time limit of 5 minutes.

Assessing the quality of the contest, Colonel Nguyen Manh Huan, Political Commissar of the Brigade, said that at this contest, the comrades in the Organizing Committee and the Jury demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, supervised and graded the contestants seriously and honestly, and evaluated the actual results of the contestants' exams. The contestants overcame difficulties, took advantage of their time to voluntarily review theory and practice, strictly followed military discipline, exam regulations and the regulations of the Organizing Committee.

As a result, 100% of the candidates achieved good and excellent scores, of which 57.2% achieved excellent scores. Notably, in the technical test on presenting documents, 100% of the candidates achieved good and excellent scores. Individually, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Danh Duc, Head of Logistics and Engineering of the brigade, achieved the highest score in the test with an average score of 8.71 points; followed by Lieutenant Colonel Le Ngoc Thinh, Deputy Chief of Staff of the brigade, with a score of 8.69 points, and in third place was Lieutenant Colonel Kieu Thanh Huyen, Head of Political Affairs of the brigade, with a score of 8.30 points.
