Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai, born in 1973, is an outstanding expert with over 30 years of experience in the fields of Telecommunications and Finance - Banking. Graduated from Hanoi National University, majoring in Telecommunications, Mr. Hai has held many senior leadership positions in leading corporations and organizations.

Mr. Hai held an important role at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) during the period 2013-2023, as Director of Strategy and Model Transformation, and Director of Operations. Here, he contributed greatly to the digital transformation process and improved the bank's operational efficiency. Previously, from 2008-2012, he held leadership positions at Gtel Mobile, including Director of Strategy, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Operating Officer, affirming his management capacity and strategic vision.

Joining LPBank since January 7, 2025 as a member of the Executive Board, Mr. Hai not only takes on the role of managing the Operations Division but also makes many contributions to the Bank's strategic programs. With his extensive experience and innovative thinking, he has been making important contributions to building a lean, flexible, efficiency-centered operating platform and promoting LPBank's strong transformation. In particular, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai has consistently demonstrated the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, always aiming for effective action - exactly the spirit that LPBank is pursuing.

Following the success of phase 1 – when LPBank completed a comprehensive restructuring of the organization, streamlining from 17 blocks to 8 business blocks, creating a solid foundation for effective operations – the Bank is now entering phase 2 with a focus on streamlining processes and regulations. In this phase, together with the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai will participate and play an important role in standardizing and digitizing the entire operating process, promoting the application of technology and automation, thereby optimizing costs, shortening processing time and improving customer experience.

Speaking at the appointment ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai emphasized: “I understand that, in the period when LPBank is implementing the Lean strategy to: Lead effectively - Operate excellently, the role of the Operations Division is extremely important - not only ensuring the system operates stably and safely, but also being the foundation to promote innovation, optimization and comprehensive productivity improvement. In my new position, I will strive to maximize my experience, together with all the staff of the Operations Division, continue to build a flexible, lean, modern and effective operating system; at the same time, proactively coordinate closely with the Divisions, Departments and Units throughout the Bank to realize LPBank's strategic goals.”
