For employees working in private or non-state enterprises, the holiday schedule will be decided by the enterprise itself, but must ensure 2 days of paid leave according to regulations.
Depending on the company's weekly rest period, the actual number of days off may vary:
For businesses that have Saturday and Sunday off every week: Employees will have 4 consecutive days off from August 30 (Saturday) to September 2 (Tuesday).
For businesses that only have Sundays off every week: Employees will have 3 consecutive days off, from August 31 (Sunday) to September 2 (Tuesday).
No fixed weekly leave: Enterprises must still arrange for employees to have at least 2 days off, including September 2 and one adjacent day (before or after) according to legal regulations.
