At the dialogue, in the spirit of frankness and democracy, officials and farmers' union members of Can Loc district expressed and shared their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and questions as well as made proposals and recommendations for solutions to remove difficulties in the process of implementing the policy of developing agriculture, farmers, and rural areas in the area.

Mr. Vo Van Mao (Tan Tung Son village, Tung Loc commune) suggested that the district have solutions to deal with environmental pollution.

Many opinions say that it is necessary to continue policies to support agricultural development, especially the policy to implement Resolution No. 01-NQ/HU of the District Party Committee on land concentration and accumulation; creating favorable conditions to support people in obtaining land use right certificates after conversion.

There are policies to support the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas; the issue of managing the situation of buying and selling pesticides of unknown origin that are rampant in the market; the problem of poor quality fertilizers; environmental pollution...

Some members said that the district has focused on vocational training policies but the effectiveness is not high, so there needs to be a solution to link vocational training with practice.

In addition to 12 direct questions at the dialogue, officials and farmers in the area also sent 30 questions (in writing) on ​​groups of issues related to agriculture, new rural construction, civilized urban areas, natural resources, environment, land accumulation... to the district leaders. The Chairman of the District People's Committee assigned relevant departments, branches and localities to thoroughly answer these questions.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of Can Loc District Party Committee Nghiem Sy Dong requested: The District People's Committee seriously and fully accepts the legitimate opinions and recommendations of cadres and farmer members; directs specialized departments, People's Committees of communes, towns and related units to promptly resolve opinions and recommendations within their authority. For issues that are not within their authority or are of a policy nature, it is necessary to report to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.

In the coming time, localities and farmers' associations at all levels will continue to innovate and strengthen the dissemination of policies to the people, guiding members to clearly understand policies at all levels to effectively absorb them into agricultural and rural development.
