In order to create a strong change in the quantity and quality of young party members, supplementing the youth for the Party, the Party committees and socio-political organizations of Quang Ninh continue to widely implement the emulation movement "Youth for the Party", contributing to creating youth for the Party, demonstrating youth in the era of national development.

In the first days of 2025, 7 students and 3 excellent students from high schools, universities and colleges in Uong Bi City were sent to attend a Party awareness training class. This is an honor, pride and also a great responsibility for the young union members who are still in school. Nguyen Tri Dung (grade 12 student, Uong Bi High School) shared: I feel very honored to participate in the Party awareness training class. After the course, I have a clearer understanding of my shortcomings and what I need to improve to strive to become a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam. I will try to study well, actively participate in activities and emulation movements at school, and improve myself. Becoming a Party member is the motivation for me to continue to strive and dedicate my youth to the Party.

Uong Bi City is one of the leading localities in implementing the emulation movement "Youth for the Party". With the initiative in creating sources of new Party members, especially strongly responding to the emulation movement "Youth for the Party", in 2024, the Uong Bi City Party Committee completed the target of admitting 296 new Party members, of which 98 new Party members were of Youth Union age, accounting for 33.1%.

Secretary of the Uong Bi City Youth Union Tran Van Giau said: Following the direction of the superiors, in 2025, the Uong Bi City Youth Union will continue to widely deploy to all levels of the Youth Union, associations, and grassroots teams to carry out the emulation movement "Youth for the Party" in many forms. In particular, focusing on organizing competitions to learn about emulation movements, making achievements to dedicate to the Party, thereby discovering typical youth factors to introduce and consider admitting to the Party. The City Youth Union continues to advise on opening many classes on Party awareness, especially for young people preparing to perform military service, to find truly typical factors that are both red and professional, contributing to the common development of the locality and the province, demonstrating the youth in the era of national development.

Not only Uong Bi City, the provincial Youth Union chapters are continuing to implement the emulation movement "Youth for the Party" associated with Party development among students, in accordance with the specific conditions of each locality and unit. The provincial Youth Union chapters have proactively developed plans and solutions to introduce outstanding members to the Party for consideration of admission, assigning specific targets to each unit based on the new Party member admission targets of the local Party Committee. At the same time, deploying to 100% of Youth Union chapters and grassroots Youth Unions the campaign "Young Union members strive to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam"; guiding the development of the model "Cultivation group striving to become Party members", "When I am 18" ... attracting a large number of young Union members to participate; focusing on improving the quality of outstanding Union members introduced to the Party for consideration of admission, especially Union members in high schools, colleges and universities in the province.

Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Nguyen The Minh affirmed: After 1 year of implementation, the emulation movement "Youth for the Party" has brought a new breeze, created an environment, and added motivation for Quang Ninh youth to constantly practice their ideals. Thereby, gradually forming a team of young people who are both red and professional, contributing to the sustainable development of the province. The movement also helps the grassroots party organization in schools have specific plans and targets for developing party members among students, and the comments and assessments of students are substantive and appropriate to each individual's capacity. During the 2020-2025 term, the provincial youth union introduced 12,121 outstanding members to the Party, of which nearly 6,700 members were admitted to the Party. In particular, from March 2024 to present, implementing the movement "Youth dedicated to the Party", the entire union has introduced to the Party more than 2,770 outstanding union members, nearly 2,000 of whom have been admitted to the Party, including 186 party members who are students.
