Lam Dong increases 260 cadres, civil servants and public employees to support grassroots

This reinforcement period lasts for 3 months from August 6, 2025 to support local authorities in implementing state management tasks, especially in specialized fields such as land management, finance, education, health, justice, construction, agriculture and environment, etc.

This force is selected from departments, branches, and units under the Provincial People's Committee, with appropriate professional qualifications, having worked in key positions or having experience in management and operation.

Increasing the number of cadres at the grassroots level is a practical step to improve the efficiency of communal-level government operations, especially in the context of many localities lacking human resources or facing difficulties in professional work. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for cadres, civil servants and public employees to practice and gain practical experience, contributing to improving the quality of service to the people.

According to the Decision, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers are responsible for closely coordinating with local authorities and performing well their assigned tasks. Salary, allowances and related policies continue to be implemented according to current regulations.
