Comrade Ho Quoc Phong - Secretary of the Party Committee of Cat Tien commune said that for 4 consecutive weeks from July 19 to August 9, Cat Tien commune organized the program Saturday for the people, mobilizing cadres and civil servants to handle administrative procedures for people on weekends.

This activity not only reduces people's waiting time during administrative working days according to regulations, but also reduces the burden of receiving and processing documents of officials and civil servants on normal days.

In addition, to ensure the Public Administration Service Center operates effectively, Cat Tien commune has reviewed and rearranged offices and equipment to meet the requirements of receiving and processing documents. The electronic one-stop software system is connected to the network to ensure smooth operation.

The commune also issued the Center's Operating Regulations, specifying working hours, coordination between departments, reporting regimes, and responsibilities for each position. At the same time, assigning staff to monitor and summarize the progress of receiving and handling administrative procedure records in accordance with regulations.

Similarly, in the communes of Da Teh 3, Da Huoai 1, and Da Huoai 2, officials and civil servants have been arranged to handle administrative procedures for people on weekends to concretize the program Serving the People.
