The National Assembly elected the President, Chairman of the National Assembly, Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly, members of the National Assembly Standing Committee; approved the appointment of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Security; approved members of the National Defense and Security Council, and carried out other personnel work within its authority, achieving high consensus and unanimity among National Assembly deputies.

The National Assembly passed resolutions on: Supplementing the state budget revenue estimate for 2022 and approving the state budget settlement for 2022; Investment policy for the construction project of the North-South Expressway in the West, Gia Nghia, Dak Nong - Chon Thanh, Binh Phuoc section; Approving the Document of Accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; National marine spatial planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; giving opinions on the report proposing investment policies for the National Target Program on Cultural Development for the period 2025 - 2035; on the Hanoi Capital Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; Project to adjust the overall master plan of Hanoi Capital to 2045, vision to 2065 and Resolution of the 7th session.

The National Assembly voted to pass 11 laws and 3 legal resolutions, including: Law on Archives; Law on Organization of People's Courts; Law on Social Insurance; Law on Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Roads; Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; Law on the Capital; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Guards; Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Support Tools; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Land, the Law on Housing, the Law on Real Estate Business, and the Law on Credit Institutions. Resolution on piloting the addition of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province; Resolution on organizing urban government and piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city; Resolution on the Law and Ordinance Development Program for 2025, adjusting the Law and Ordinance Development Program for 2024.

The National Assembly gave its first opinions on 11 draft laws, including: Law on Notarization (amended); Law on Trade Unions (amended); Law on Cultural Heritage (amended); Law on Geology and Minerals; Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking (amended); Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue; Law on People's Air Defense; Law on Urban and Rural Planning; Law on Juvenile Justice; Law on Value Added Tax (amended); Law on Amendments and Supplements to a Number of Articles of the Law on Pharmacy.

On supreme supervision

The National Assembly spent 2.5 days questioning 3 Ministers and the State Auditor General on 4 areas: Natural Resources and Environment; Industry and Trade; Culture, Sports, Tourism and State Audit; Deputy Prime Ministers and members of the Government also participated in answering questions. The National Assembly gave opinions on the content to issue a Resolution on questioning and answering questions at the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly.

The National Assembly has issued resolutions on: Implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15, dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the National Assembly's resolutions on a number of important national projects; The National Assembly's supervision program in 2025; Establishment of a thematic supervision delegation of the National Assembly in 2025 on "implementation of policies and laws on environmental protection since the Law on Environmental Protection 2020 takes effect".

The National Assembly reviewed the supplementary assessment report on the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the state budget in 2023; the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the state budget in the first months of 2024; reviewed reports on the results of the implementation of thrift practice and waste combat in 2023; the report on the results of the implementation of national gender equality goals in 2023 and the assessment of the results of the implementation of the National Strategy on Gender Equality for the 2021-2030 period; the report synthesizing opinions and recommendations of voters and people sent to the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly; and the report on the results of the supervision of the settlement of voters' recommendations sent to the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Actively participate in discussing, reviewing and deciding on many issues at the meeting

Together with the National Assembly delegations of provinces and cities, the National Assembly delegation of Thai Binh province actively participated in the contents of the session such as law-making, supreme supervision and consideration and decision on many important issues of the country. At the session, the provincial National Assembly delegates contributed 73 opinions on areas such as socio-economics, discussed draft laws, questioned the Government and members of the Government, including 22 opinions expressed in the hall; 42 opinions expressed in groups; 9 delegates directly questioned the Deputy Prime Minister, Ministers and the State Auditor General. The contents of the opinions all reflect the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of voters, and at the same time demonstrate the responsibility and dedication of National Assembly deputies, which have been accepted by the National Assembly and the Government, and are reflected in the laws and resolutions passed, such as: Proposing solutions to remove "bottlenecks" in public investment, creating breakthroughs in investment in infrastructure development, especially solving traffic congestion to stimulate the country's socio-economic development; making recommendations on the establishment, management and use of the state budget; strictly controlling, reviewing and accurately determining the outstanding debts of basic construction capital from the state budget; making recommendations on the investment policy of the National Target Program on cultural development, overcoming the disparity in cultural enjoyment between regions, areas and population classes...

In addition to actively participating in the contents of the session, at this session, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation organized many working sessions and meetings to present and make direct recommendations on difficulties and obstacles to the National Assembly, the Government and central ministries and branches in implementing socio-economic development tasks and mobilizing resources to build local socio-economic infrastructure; organized and participated in many exchange activities and experience sharing activities with National Assembly Delegations to promote and introduce the natural conditions, people, potentials and strengths of Thai Binh, contributing to increasing investment attraction for socio-economic development of the province.
