Launching the administrative reform contest in 2025

Resolving administrative procedures for people at the Phu Xuan Ward Public Administration Service Center

The contest is organized in the form of an online test on the Hue-S platform, scheduled to take place from September 22 to October 19, 2025, divided into four weeks.

The content of the exam revolves around the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and documents of the Central Government and Hue City on administrative reform. Candidates will learn about laws, resolutions, decrees, directives and plans directly related to reform of the apparatus, organization of local government, budget management, public assets, as well as the overall program of administrative reform for the period 2021-2030.

Contestants include officials, civil servants, and public employees of agencies and units in the area and citizens aged 18 and over living in Hue City. Members of the organizing committee, expert team, and support staff are not eligible to participate in the contest.

The award structure is diverse, including weekly individual awards and collective awards for each group: Administrative agencies, public service units, and commune level. Each week, the organizing committee awards 6 individual awards to both groups of officials, civil servants, public employees, and citizens. Collectives with high participation rates and good quality of entries will be awarded at the closing ceremony before November 5, 2025.

The contest aims to promote propaganda and raise awareness of cadres, civil servants, public employees and people about the meaning and importance of administrative reform, towards a modern, effective and efficient administration, better serving people and businesses.
