On the evening of October 20, the Vietnam Women's Museum launched a special experience program "Legend of Youth" to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the Dong Loc Victory and commemorate 10 female youth volunteer martyrs (1968-2023), the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20.
The special experience program “Legend of Youth” is a collaboration between the Vietnam Women’s Museum and scriptwriter and director Le Quy Duong with the aim of recreating the image of the heroic squad of 10 female youth volunteers at Dong Loc T-junction (Ha Tinh) who bravely sacrificed themselves, contributing to maintaining the vital traffic route during the war against America to save the country.

This is one of the ideas that the Vietnam Women's Museum has cherished for many years with the desire to enrich the museum's activities in carrying out its mission of propagating and educating the historical traditions of Vietnamese women to domestic and international audiences.
Along with the permanent exhibition system, the program is a connection and addition to interactive activities to enhance the experience for the public and visitors who want to learn about stories related to the history of Vietnamese women.
The 60-minute program will be recreated in the fierce battlefield scene using visual technology and 3D effects with bomb craters, A-shaped bunkers, roads passing through key artillery positions, and convoys carrying goods and troops to battle.
According to director Le Quy Duong: “I want the audience to experience and immerse themselves in the atmosphere as if they were living in those days. They will sit in the middle of the battlefield of Dong Loc T-junction, be a part of the program, interacting with the actors while surrounded by the rumbling sound of troops marching, the sound of tanks accelerating past the key points, the rumbling sound of bombs exploding and the echoes of the girls' song of opening the way.”
In particular, 5 tons of soil were transferred by the program's production team from Dong Loc T-junction to the Vietnam Women's Museum with the gratitude of today's generation for those who died for the country and the desire for the public to have the most genuine and profound emotions in the program.
