Opening of the 1st Congress of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee

Attending the Congress were comrades in the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee; the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; former Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; leaders of the Party Committees of Provincial Party Agencies, the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Public Security Party Committee and 300 official delegates representing 12,454 Party members of 66 Party organizations under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to attend the Congress.

Speaking at the opening of the Congress, comrade Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, is an important political event of great significance, marking a new step forward for a new, large Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee with many new potentials and advantages. The Congress has the task of discussing and giving comments on documents submitted by the 1st Party Executive Committee to the Congress; giving comments on documents of the Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress... The Congress is an event of important political significance, marking a new step forward for the Party in the Party organization model towards streamlining, modernity and efficiency.

During the past term, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee has regularly received the attention, leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the close coordination of the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee has gradually developed steadily in both quantity and quality, the targets and goals have achieved remarkable results; in parallel with the leadership of professional tasks, the Party building work has been focused on by Party committees at all levels in the Party Committee, the comprehensive leadership and direction role of the Party Committee has been enhanced, the leadership method of the Party Committee towards the government has many innovations, effectiveness and practicality; cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees in the Party Committee have always been united, responsible, dynamic, creative, actively advising and proposing many policies, mechanisms, policies and solutions related to socio-economic development, national security and defense, contributing positively to the overall socio-economic development achievements of the province. The results achieved in the past time are very important, creating a premise for the development of the Party in the new period.

The Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee requested: Our Congress must look straight at the truth to objectively and comprehensively assess the results achieved and the limitations and shortcomings that have been pointed out in the past to draw lessons, as a basis for building directions and tasks, proposing practical solutions, suitable to reality, thereby innovating leadership methods, improving capacity and fighting strength, determined to successfully implement the goals, targets and tasks set by the Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term...

Each delegate in the Party Committee must promote democracy, intelligence, solidarity, and complete the contents and programs set forth by the Congress with the highest determination to build the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to develop more and more. To do well the above tasks, I request each delegate to uphold the Party spirit, work with a spirit of urgency, science, honesty, and frankness, and absorb the Party Congress Resolution with a new spirit, new momentum, and new determination so that we can turn the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Provincial People's Committee into practical actions and achieve many new victories, contributing to the overall development of the province and the country.
